My sister and I have always had a love for traditional church wear, such as suits, dresses and hats. We found it challenging to find these types of clothing in any of the local stores in the Waterbury area. After much thought and prayer, we decided to open our own store. Our desire was to bring beautiful and elegant church and formal wear to women of all shapes and sizes. Along with my sister Mary, we created Lucille’s Closet in the memory of our dear late mother, Mary Lucille McCurdy.

Our goal is to provide elegant, quality and affordable church and formal wear to all women who desire the more traditional attire.
